The Childlike Award
The Childlike Award Theory
Do you remember the first time you heard the record that change your life? Do you remember how it felt? the feeling that your life had just changed forever. The Childlike award is given to those that have worked their whole lives to make that feeling appear in others, to give a gift of imagination and "childlike" wonderment to the world, just for the love of the music.

Breaking the Mold
Our process was never to present a common trophy, that has been giving over and over again, that really doesn't stand for anything; some plaque that has words of accomplishment on it. So we started from scratch, with the idea of making a figure that reflected the purity of the Electronic Dance Music experience, that would be the very manifestation of the honor, of one's entire career in the music. With the craftsmen and women at Bennett Awards, we worked tirelessly to craft that "once in a lifetime" experience. for the Inductees and the Fans alike.
The Real Elements
The Childlike Award is not a peice of plastic disguised as a work of art, it is a passion project that blend organic elements like tempered wood and precious metals, to bring the look and feel of something that is full-filling for years to come. We want the Childlike Award to be a presents for all, with a larger than life presents and life-like design process and presentation.
