The International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame
Established on July 6th, 2009, this organization was created to address the longstanding question within the Electronic Dance Music (EDM) community worldwide: what is our rightful place in music? To protect this foundation of record and culture from greed and misuse, the founders set up the organization as a Registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. This structure recognizes the significant impact made by individuals and organizations on EDM history and supports the vibrant music festival culture that surrounds electronic dance music.

The official purpose of the 'EDM Hall of Fame' is to:
